Unlocking the Potential of Windsor’s Waterfront

Windsor’s waterfront is more than a beautiful riverfront. It is one of Windsor’s greatest opportunities for tourism, community development, and economic growth. I will champion a long-term waterfront strategy that explores opportunities for carefully planned restaurants, cafés, public gathering spaces, seasonal attractions, and a landmark dancing fountain that could become a signature attraction for Windsor. This vision could: Any waterfront development must protect public access, preserve green space, respect the environment, and reflect the priorities of Windsor residents. I will advocate for a Downtown Revitalization Incentive Program that explores responsible property-tax incentives and other supports for businesses and property owners who invest in downtown buildings, storefronts, and commercial spaces. This initiative could help: A thriving downtown benefits the entire community. It supports local businesses, creates jobs, attracts visitors, and gives residents a city centre they can enjoy and be proud of.
